Ceasan and Vanna were King and Queen.
At Feast of Fools, held at Tygre's Keep, Giovanni di Sienna and Cainnleach Uiseir of Glendalough retired as Baron and Baroness of Dragonsspine. Timothy O'Brien and Catriona nic Aiodh were invested as their successors.
Timothy O'Brien retired as White Stag Principal Herald, and Juan Balthazar Tegerro (perhaps still "Tigrerro" at this time?) was invested in that office.
Tatiana Pavlovna Sokolova was admitted to the Order of the Laurel.
Orion of Inverness was made a Baron of the Court.

Notes on Early History

Years ago, Mark Lasie of Westminster and I set up a notebook with a page for every month and started taking notes on Outlands history. It wasn't a very efficient way to go, but it was something.
That can be done better here, in public, with links to online documentation of various events and people, and with easy access to adding memories, details and comments.
Louis-Philippe has a wiki, and entries there can be linked here too, and maybe posts from the Outlands-History list. Some of that history, though, is not date-specific.
