In those days, Meridies had just become the fifth kingdom in the Known World. The Outlands was in the big middle of Atenveldt, which also included the principalities of Ansteorra and the Sun. The Outlands included what is now Artemisia.

Notes on Early History

Years ago, Mark Lasie of Westminster and I set up a notebook with a page for every month and started taking notes on Outlands history. It wasn't a very efficient way to go, but it was something.
That can be done better here, in public, with links to online documentation of various events and people, and with easy access to adding memories, details and comments.
Louis-Philippe has a wiki, and entries there can be linked here too, and maybe posts from the Outlands-History list. Some of that history, though, is not date-specific.
